Graeme Jordan’s Weightloss Program Diet Foods
Clean Eating with heaps of New Zealand fresh healthy fruits plus strawberries, apples, oranges and grapefruit are all allowed in my full Eating Plan.
These are some of the great fruits that help with the fat burning idea of Graeme Jordan’s Weightloss Program. Most other fruits are too high in sugar to be included at this first stage of my program.
Some of the Fresh Vegetables Allowed On Graeme Jordan’s Weightloss Program
Clean, green and fresh New Zealand grown vegetables (Especially home grown!) Steamed, grilled, baked or raw spinach as long as not cooked in fat or oil. Silverbeet, Bok Choy, chicory or endive, any green salad lettuces, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini. These are just a few of the fresh vegetables allowed on my program. More in my detailed Manual.

Helpful Information About Graeme Jordan’s Weightloss Program
While you are on Graeme Jordan’s Weightloss Program do not consume alcohol as “a relatively small quantity of alcohol produces intoxication”. Also it is very high in calories! Did you know that 1 glass of wine is equal to eating 1 doughnut – hey that’s alot of extra calories you don’t need right now! Remember you can do anything for 20 Days if you want the results bad enough. You can continue taking any other current prescribed medications unless you are advised not to by your Doctor.
Also you need to keep to the foods listed and be strict. If it is not on the program don’t eat it. Simple! It is only for a short time and just take it day by day and the results will be well worth it. You will have fun shopping for clothes to fit the new you.
Exercise While On Graeme Jordan’s Weightloss Program
It is not necessary to exercise while you are following Graeme Jordan’s Weightloss Program, but it will make you feel good to get out, get some fresh air and have a walk for half an hour each day if you can. You can continue on a light to moderate exercise routine but if you experience hunger then cut back on any exercise. Over exercising will only cause the body to go into starvation mode and hold onto fat. More on this in my detailed Manual which you receive with your order.
Fluctuations in Weight Loss
After the fourth or fifth day of being on my program the daily loss of weight begins to decrease to 0.4 kilos or less due to urinary output. Men often continue to lose more regularly but women are more irregular even in spite of faultless dieting. For women there may be no drop in two or three days and then a sudden loss which re-establishes the normal average. These fluctuations are entirely due to variations in the retention and elimination of water which are more in women than in men.
Graeme Jordan’s Weightloss Program will work for you! If you are serious about a new you and finally losing the stubborn weight you haven’t been able to do over the years then you can do this.
